The North Texas Crunch are pleased to announce that they will be holding a tryout Saturday Dec 7, 2013 at Thomas Jefferson High School located at 4001 Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas, TX. The Crunch are looking to continue their streak of 5th straight playoff appearance, 38 plus victories and four Championships. Over the last five years, North Texas Crunch and their staff have produced two Players of the Year and have led the league in All-Pro selections three times. Plus 26 players have signed AFL, IFL, SIFL, and LSFL contracts.
Registration will begin at 10 AM and the tryout will begin promptly at 11:00 AM. Registration the day of the tryout will be $30.00 and will only be accepted in the form of cash or money order (no checks will be accepted). Participants should bring athletic shorts, cleats for a grass surface. Players will be tested in the 40 yard dash, 20 yard short shuttle, and the “L” drill. Following the testing, participants will do position specific drills and 1 on 1’s. The tryout is expected to last 4 hours.
