23 yo, former Stanford player, looking to play

I live in SF and am looking for a team or place to play. I played hs ball in MN and was an All-State tight end, then played college ball at Stanford for four years. Played in Spain while studying abroad for a few months as well. I'm 23, 6'6" and about 230 (lost 25 lbs after college) and looking for teams in the Bay Area.
