Hi my name is John Setting. I am currently 17 years old. My birthday is in about 2 months. I graduated just a few months ago from San Marin High. I am really into working out and my workout routines consist of weightlifting, explosive drills, and mild running. I work on these to enhance my football skills for the future. I work out Bench Press, Power Cleans, Dead Lifts and Squats (all workouts that are specialized in improving power and explosiveness). I have only been working out for 10 months and already am squatting 495 lbs!!! Thats 3x my body weight and i've been working out for less than a year and im only 17 years old. NO STEROIDS all natural, just take my whey protein, oatmeal, and eggs everyday. I also can jump up jumping blocks stacked up to 4'7" which is an example of how explosive my legs are which helps alot when breaking down and exploding into the runner for a hard tackle. I am dedicated to get better i just need a coach who can teach me more than i already know. Thank you for reading this thread. I am looking forward to hearing from any coaches soon.
