Football Strength & Conditioning Coach seeks position with Semi-Pro or Indoor Pro Football Team. I will design your team's Periodized Strength & Conditioning Program, Interval Maximum Speed Training & Game Speed programs, Combine Training Program, and perform Scouting & Recruiting for a Semi-Pro/Indoor Team located in PA, MD, NJ and DE.
Also can design your team's Maximum Speed Training Program and Plyometrics Power Training Program, in addition to performing Recruiting for your team to determine and evaluate Football Prospects talented enough to play on your team, and at the next levels, while displaying highly competitive Football Skills and Performance levels. Speed Training programs reduce an Athlete's 40 Speed by .2-.25 of a second. Strength & Power Weight Training Programs increase an Athlete's Strength & Power Measurables by 20-30%.
Very good at evaluating talent and identifying an Athlete's weakness, and then designing a program to increase the Athlete's weakness for greater performance. Can also perform Recruiting and Scouting for your team to upgrade your roster's talent and performance, while creating highly compeittive Athletes with the potential to dominate the competition. Can evaluate a Prospect's film and compose Scouting reports identifying Athletes' best Football Skills, including their Strengths & Weaknesses to design a training program for the Athlete to optimize their Athletic ability and Football Position Skills for greater performance on the field.
