The Virginia Cowboys are starting their offseason workouts in December and we are actively recruiting for the 2008 RAFL football season. The Cowboys are only looking for the best talent that will provide us with the best chance to win our league Championship as well as advance to post season Tournaments...

As we were just a few players short of that Championship push... we are looking to fill all positions as our vet's know that they have to earn a spot on the 2008 roster...

We aren't looking for anything in particular....!!! We are looking to fill all positions as we do have a solid core of Veteran players, as I always say nobodies job is secure until after pre-season final cuts.

Its good to see that the word is getting out and players are showing interest in becoming a 2008 Cowboy. I for one would like to say to those that ask "what I need to do" is work out now on your own until Jan. comes Come out with a positive attitude, be a ball player and not a spectator(meaning don't come out actin all scared waitin for some one to tell you to get in..hop in and make it happen!!), don't be afraid to push yourself and fight for the position you want cause in the long run its the best player thats going to EARN the spot and I only want the best 10 other players on the field with me..

Keep in contact with management and get your mind right cause January is a few weeks away and we're right back in the shop!!
