The Mesa Mountains will participate in the Arizona Cactus Football League and other similar leagues. Players on the final roster will have the opportunity every game to play in front of scouts from the NCAA, AFL, NFL as well other pro football leagues. In addition players on the final 53 man roster will be given free of charge a team jersey, a team shirt, a team picture, and many other things and possible team trips and events. In addition to the opportunity to play in front of talent and team scouts from the National Football League (NFL), the National College Athletic Association (NCAA), the Arena Football League (AFL), and other professional football leagues as well as crowds of spectators and fans, players will receive all of the items listed above and the opportunity to win championships!
The Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp will go on for a period of 9 weeks. The camp will take place on every Saturday & Sunday of those 9 weeks. The camp will last a total of 18 days and will be a different experience each week. At the beginning of the camp participants will be divided in to 2 different camp teams, "Team Red" & "Team Blue". The two teams will compete during camp to display their skills and unique abilities. The main focus points of the Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp are to improve the skills & abilities of all participants, to give all participants equal opportunities to display their skills & abilities, to give participants the opportunity to play in front of professional & college football scouts, to compete, and to have the most fun and enjoyable time as possible!
Weeks 1, 3, 5, & 7 will all be an "Evaluation Week". Weeks 2, 4, 6, & 8 will all be a "Battle Week". Week 9 will be "Acceptance Week" and the conclusion of the current camp. Every "Evaluation Week" participants will be put through multiple drills to help improve their skills and abilities & they will be scored and evaluated on those drills. Every "Battle Week" participants will compete against other participants from the opposing camp team to show who's best in camp! And finally week 9 will be "Acceptance Week" when the owner of the Mesa Mountains will call all those selected to be added to the official 53 man roster. All camp participants will be contacted in advance of the next Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp to inform them camp registration will be opening.
To participate in the 2018 Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp all participants must contact the team via email at MesaMountains@job4u.com and request a camp participation application. After reviewing your request, if accepted, the team will respond to your email to inform you that you have been selected to participate in the 2018 Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp! The team will also set up a meeting time and location to turn in your camp fee and to receive your Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp Package. The camp fee for the 2018 Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp is $210 per participant.
Participants must wear a shirt or jersey, shorts and athletic shoes or football cleats (no metal cleats) to every day of football camp. Participants must arrive to every day of football camp on time or contact the team's head coach to inform him they will be late or ascent. Participants must also be in good enough health to participate in athletic activities.
Participants will have their skills and abilities tested and improved. They will also compete against other participants in camp games and drills that will also show in detail the talents and skills of each participant. Participants will be observed and scored throughout the entirety of the 2018 Mesa Mountains Recruitment Camp to aid the team's ownership and coaching staff in selecting players to join the official Mesa Mountains roster. Participants will take part in various exercises, drills, and workouts that will help to increase their skills as well as to help display their unique skills and abilities. Participants will all be given equal reps and opportunities to display their skills and abilities.
