Hello all. My name is Corey Ritterson (age 20), I played football for Neshaminy High School through my Sophomore year, and did not play through the Junior season but stuck around for training camp. I'm am 5'8" tall and weigh a small 175 lbs. I have not maxed out my lifting just yet, but in this past week I squatted 420 lbs twice with relative ease and benched 205 lbs with some hard effort. I have not tested my power clean of dead lift lately. I work out five days a week, pyramid style (increasing weight, decreasing reps aka strength training) and increase my work out weight for the major lifts at least 10 lbs per week and have been eating to lose weight. I started on my Sophomore team at linebacker (I know, it's been a while) and have tried to stay as in to football as possible playing as many pick up 11 v 11 games as possible. I'm looking for any position, I can play corner (would prefer safety), running back, slot out, or linebacker (I will try out and take what position I am given).
