We are still looking for a few good coached to fill up our staff; we currently have 5 coaches on staff and are looking to have 8-10. This is what we currently have: Head Coach/DC Asst. Head Coach/OC Ass. DC RB/O'Line Coach LB Coach This is what we are looking for: D/Line Coach DB Coach Plus we could always split off from the coaches who already have two responsibilities. Its that time, you have been working out getting ready for 2010 well now is the time to show us what you got! Let’s take it to the next level! Try outs for the DMV Knights start this weekend. ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN, this ain't favoritism football this is CHAMPIONSHIP football. All are testing in the: 40 yard dash Bench Press Pro Shuttle Broad Jump This will be followed by individual position drills. We will end each session with exciting one on one drills between the DB & WR. Not only is it a try out its a showcase!!! We are filming portions of the try-outs for coaches’ review and outstanding talent are you ready! Will there be any exceptions for late additions? Because I am currently in NC and will be moving to MD soon. I play RB and DB. 4.45 40. I was recruited to play RB in college but joined the Army instead. You can pm me or e-mail me thomas.eckard@ymail.com

I played two years with the Gretna Storm and now I live in Northern Va and looking for a team. I can play multiple positions (QB/WR/S/CB/RB). I played a couple years in college but was also on full scholarship to run track so I had to choose. Im a pretty good athlete that just loves to play football. I also have some coaching experience.
