ITS THAT TIME!!! DMV KNIGHTS TRY-OUTS ARE HERE

Its that time, you have been working out getting ready for 2010 well now is the time to show us what you got! Let’s take it to the next level!

Try outs for the DMV Knights start this weekend. ALL POSITIONS ARE OPEN, this ain't favoritism football this is CHAMPIONSHIP football.
All are testing in the:
40 yard dash
Bench Press
Pro Shuttle
Broad Jump
This will be followed by individual position drills. We will end each session with exciting one on one drills between the DB & WR.

Not only is it a try out its a showcase!!! We are filming portions of the try-outs for coaches’ review and outstanding talent are you ready!

Time: Be there at 11:15 for registration
Why: To lay the foundation of a champion
