Wolfpack Host Madison, Wis. Tryout on January 9 The Wisconsin Wolfpack will hold their first tryout for the 2010 indoor season at the Keva Sports Complex in Middleton on January 9, 2010, from 9-11 p.m. Registration will begin at 8 p.m. The tryouts will cost $30, payable by cash or credit card at the time of registration. This is the best value of all of the indoor tryouts in the area. The other pro indoor teams in Wisconsin and northeastern Illinois are asking $50-$65 to tryout and aren't offering the value the Wolfpack offer. The tryout fee includes a Wolfpack t-shirt, beverages, and tryout after-party. The after-party will include complimentary beverages and hors d' oeuvres. More than half of the 2009 Wolfpack team were discovered during the team's open tryouts, something other indoor teams can't claim. The Wolfpack had a successful inaugural season in 2009 going 7-5 and making the Continental Indoor Football League playoffs, losing to the eventual champions, the Chicago Slaughter. Prospective players will be tested in the following areas: * Height/Weight * Pro Agility * 3-Cone Drill * Position-specific drills * 1-on-1 WR/DB pass coverage * Offensive line/Defensive line pass rush All drills and 1-on-1 sessions will be recorded on video and made available upon request. There's also a promo video on the main page of the team Website at www.wiwolfpack.com/indoor
