Any body have league like this in GA or clos to GA

Any body have league for small towns that cant afford an big semi pro team. Maybe a league with like 7 on 7 with no pads and some refs. Kind of like back yard football but something more serious..... like a very serious league that can win championships and help players and be strict on rules...
