Take a look at an example of the hybrid HIT style workouts we do over at Beineke Strength & Conditioning for our offseason hypertrophy phase. I've designed this phase to blend some traditional performance principles with some HIT performance principles as well as adding some unique lifts here and there like the "block walk" and weak spot training.
