The Aggression invited to join the GDFL. This league has captivated the market of minor professional football. The league, in its first year, has managed to lure the top teams in the southern region. The Aggression brings to the table the relentless endurance of minor professional football. In 2002, before changing their name to Atlanta Aggression, the South Atlanta Eagles won the SFL championship. In 2003, 2004, and 2005 the Aggression were three time SFL division champions. In 2005 the Aggression went on to win the Southern National Championship against the Atlanta Heat. In 2006 the Aggression was division champions losing to the S.GA Stars in the league championship. In our first four years of existence we compiled a record of 86-6. In 2007 owner, Tarick “coach Tank” Miller helped to form the Deep South Football League. In the DSFL the Aggression went undefeated losing to the Clarke County Timberwolves in the play offs. Since, the Aggression has taken some time off and now we’re back. For 2011 we plan to make the Aggression name once again a household name. We have gladly accepted the invitation from the GDFL to become a part of history. Joining the GDFL will give our players a new avenue to more competition, legitimacy in playing for a national championship, and most of all exposing our premier athletes to scouts, and agents across the southeast.
