The Southern Outdoor Arena Rules Football League will have it's owner's meeting on October 29, 2011 and will begin play in January in the Western Division and February in the Eastern Division. We are looking to form a Southern Division for Florida and a Northern Division for Tennessee/Kentucky. For additional information, contact Roland Bell at 706-329-2056.
