What a way to kick off the Week 10 slate...
UPSET WATCH: No.4 Kentucky Wolverines vs No.13 Clarksville Wolfpack- Don't be surprised if the 2010 Runner Up Wolverines slip up. The Wolpack have a solid team and laid it on the Clarksville Eagles, who lost by one point to the Wolverines a few weeks ago. It's football and emotions will be up because the Wolfpack know they can go in there and win the football game, where as the Wolverines can't hibernate or they will fall.
Memphis Blast at Tennessee Hurricanes- Anything can happen in this heated crosstown rivalry. The Hurricanes busted up the Blast in their first meeting this season. However the Blast have been playing solid football of late and remain in the playoff hunt in the Impact Conference and a with a win could have a say so in who will win the division.
Virginia Vipers vs No.12 Hampton Road Hurricanes- This game has been cancelled due weather conditions
No.16 Palmetto Havoc at Low Country Assassins- A rival game in which the 1-7 Assassins will look to deal the Havoc a deadly blow at winning the Midway South division. The Havoc, who escaped with a 20-18 win over the South Carolina Commanders last week, are looking to put a full 60 minute game together and continue to gel for the playoffs.
No.8 South Georgia 'Noles at No. 22 Florida Falcons- The 'Noles are still flying under the radar but have a major road game test against a hungry flock of Falcons. The 'Nole are trying to hold onto their lead in the Southeastern Division. The 'Nole can't get caught looking ahead to their division battle with the Jefferson County Warriors next week because the Falcons are still very much alive in the Xtreme Conference playoff picture.
No.11 Buckeye Bearcats vs Shanango Valley Storm- The Bearcats are roaring but will face an intense Storm team that is well alive in the Impact Conference playoff race. The Storm, with a win, could shake up the Ohio Valley North Division. They hung tough last week against the Columbus Gladiators forcing a 6-6 tie so they are hungry for a win over a top team!
Atlanta Chiefs at Atlanta Lions- The Lions are reeling but still fighting to finish the season on a positive note and still can play spoiler with a win. The Chiefs on the flip side at 4-3 still have a heartbeat in the playoff race in the Xtreme Conference despite a season loaded with key injuries at key positions. For the Chiefs they are seeking revenge after their early season lost to the Lions at home, which was the Lions (1-7) only win so far this season. The road will not get any easier for the Chiefs as they visit the Henry County Horsemen next week and closeout the regular season at home against the rival Georgia Jets, so a win today is the only option.
