The GDFL is pleased to announce the legendary Prince William Monarchs (VA) have joined the Gridiron Developmental Football League. The Prince William Monarchs are 4 time League Champions, 7 time Conference Champions 1999 to 2007, 3 time Metro Bowl Champion,2 time Holiday Bowl Champions,and 2 time Capitol Bowl Champions just to mention a few accomplishments.
The Prince William Monarchs have been a force to reckon with on the gridiron for sometime. They boast of a proud tradition Owner/Coach Ray Scott says 'the 2012 Monarchs will continue to provide exciting game day competition'. CEO Charles Thompson says 'This is a major accomplishment for the GDFL securing the Monarchs confirms the GDFL is THEE, #1 League for competitive competition. The Nemesis are 3 time Division Champions. Owner Lamont Gore says 'he was looking for a league with a sound business structure and that would be competitive for his players he finds the GDFL to be the perfect match to what he was seeking.
