Huntsville Rockets have officially applied and have been accepted into The Best Minor Professional Football League in the Country !!The Gridiron Developmental Football League also Known as the "GDFL"The Rockets are a new team only by name.This is their first season ever, but Over 50% of their roster has players that played for the Rocket City Titans who won their League Championship and won the BCS Semipro Bowl Championship in 2010. In 2011 this is the same group of guys that beat a Nashville Storm team not once but twice in one season!So the GDFL feels it is not only getting a great football team but a quality ran Organization that is lead through the ownership of a business minded individual, Dr.John Boyle we welcome The Huntsville Rockets and Wish them much Success for years to come.
